I realized that UNESCO is really concerned with all the students for them to give a high quality basic education for all.

As a future teacher, i should respect their gender, religion, status, culture specially their differences because they are unique.

Lesson 10. Republic Act No. 10157

I learned that it is important for the child should enroll in kindergarten to sharpened  the capacity or to become adjusted child when he enroll in primary level.

I realized that we should adopt the mother tongue based for the children will get confuse. Step by Step is really required for a young once.

As a future teacher I should use the mother tongue based when I see that they cannot understand  so, I will use a Visaya term to mate it sure that they can understand.

Lesson 9. Experts from Republic Act No.8980- An Act promulgating a Comprehensive Policy and a National System for Early Childhood care and Development (ECCD), Providing Funds There for and for Other Purposes

I learned that this policy promote the right of a child and have special protection.

I realized that to be parents are not easy because we have to give them a good future, that is why it is in need to send them in school as our responsible.

As a future teacher, I need to know the policy to become more aware of how to handle my pupils in a right way..

Lesson 8. Republic Act No. 7877- An Act Declaring Sexual Harrassment Unlawful in the Employment or Training Environment, and for Other Purposes

As a future teacher, we should control our feeling to avoid adultery.

I learned that this policy is for a child Protection.

I realized that we have to be careful and control ourselves not to hurt our students.

As a future teacher I should be more patience for me not to hurt my students

Lesson 6. The Family Code of the Philippines

I learned that every parents have their right to choose what is best for their child. And children should obey their parents

I realized that is not easy to become a parent because you have to think a lot for their future.

As a future teacher I should encourage my students to respect their parents and the parents should take care of their children with love. And I should get their cumulative record to know their background and to be able to help the student's problem.

Lesson 4. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9155 An Act Instituting a Framework of Governance for Basic Education, Establish Authority and Accountability, Renaming the Department of Education; Culture and sports as the Department of Education and for Other Purposes.

I learned that all school should offer a formal Educational System to give meaningful learning for the student as it is. Teacher is a learning facilitator to support the learner's learning.

I learned that we have to provide them a meaning learning experience that they can use it in their life.

As a future teacher, i should be more respectful and open-minded teacher because i want them to respect me in return.

Lesson 3. Batas Pambansa Blg.232 an act providing for the establishment and maintainance of an Integrated System of Education.

I learned that have to obey the policy to support our goals and to help people to success.

I realized that our educational system helps to develop our profession that we can offer a good leadership toward our nation and knowing what life could be with it.

As a future teacher i should limit myself in providing feedback to their parent because they have a right to choose what they want to be for their child, but i can only give them an alternative advice.

Lesson 2. Republic Act no. 4670 The Magna Carta for Republic school Teachers.

I learned that, this law is to protect the life of a teacher this will to make sure a good health of a teacher. The government will help the public school teachers to improve their social and economic status.

I realized that, teachers should be a health person or at least not bearing with many problem in life. Government won't help them it will cause a bad effect of their teaching because they should work conditionally.

As a future teacher you should know how to balance towards your life in school and life with your family. I should have to find a better adjustment to keep to keep you on. I am willing to expand my time in school if it is needed.

Chapter 6. Lesson 1. The 1987 Constitution

I learned that we have to help each other to keep up and support our educational system in relevant to the needs of the people and the society. Also to keep up the system of free public education in the elementary and secondary school levels. We should encourage those unfortunate people to take part in the community needs. For our national language is Filipino naturally should be the first to develop in our school because it is the basis in existing in philippines.

I realized that all educational institutions should include the study of the constitution as part of curricula. I know that we have our own belief, goals or even perception in life but we should study the national law for the  fairness of our nation.

As a future teacher, we should follow and respect our constitution, for it is the most important to become aware of our responsibly in our nation.

Chapter 5.

I learned that, for a professional teachers must be worthy to trust because it is our responsibility to elevate our national morality, promote national pride, culture, love of country and respect for all duly constituted authorities and promote obedience to our laws of the state. Teacher can use his authority for the sake of other but not only for himself. The teacher should encourage the student to attend church and worshiping God only rather promoting any religion in the community.

I realized that, teacher has a great responsibly in all our life. They are the one who teach us to be a good citizen in the community. They are the reason we can survive in this world. I salute them. They are our Superman and Superwoman.

As a future teacher, i should be a loyal teacher to my students and co-teachers. I swear to be a good mirror for them that i should help one other. I should be  kind to my co-teacher any time and people in the community.

Chapter 4. Basic Laws on the Professionalization of teaching

I learned that, for the teacher to recognized as professionals they must undergo for teachers board examination. The passers in the teachers is qualified for registration as a professional teacher and were given the teacher certificate. This could be the need for teaching. So, they must pass first before they could teach and apply to their desired school. Here in the Philippines, the teacher education is the highest quality and strongly oriented by the needs of aspirations for a young children.

I realized that, to be a professional teacher, they should train them as well, since the professionalization of teaching in 1977 appeared not improving.

As a future teacher, i should not miss any seminars for teachers, for us to updated in the trends of teaching. So, we could have an idea.

Chap 3-Lesson 5 Bringing the World into the Classroom Though Educational Technology

I learned that using the technologies we can bring the world into our classroom by the use of technology like computer system that we can surf in the internet so, we can directly aware the issues worldwide. It is important for teacher to know how to use technology that is really needed in the classroom. Using the technology the student could easily understand the subject matter because they could have advance study through surfing that they could easily get the idea.

I realized that to become a global teacher, the technology a part of our teaching. We should know how to use computer because it is easy to access. So, when you give an assignment to them like if you are updated you will know if that certain assignment is just take for granted like they just copy and paste which it should not be.

As a future teacher, it is not enough to know the important of knowing the technology but how to use it in a proper way. Some of the teens right now are lack of parenting themselves on how to this stuff so, I should guide them for not to be abusive. Our eyes itself could affected due for excessive using the computer system so; we should minimize our time to protect our eyes in the radiation. I will suggest to them that they should not always rely on the internet because some of the information there are not reliable and they refer from the book or any reliable sources.

Chap 3-Lesson 4 Broadening Teaching Perspectives: Teacher Exchange Programs

I learned that to become a global teacher we need Teacher Exchange Programs. We have to expand our experience in teaching in other country and observe them their kind of teaching methods so, we could use it in our country. So, the teacher who has experience in participating in (VIF) Visiting International Program is benefited for up to three tears in servicing.

I realized that global teacher is we need to experience teaching from other country for us to broaden our teaching perspective. Therefore, it enhances our teaching ability. Through teaching in other country we become aware of their own culture and their differences in teaching. It could also develop our personal and professional lives as we encounter the different people with different culture.

As a future teacher, I will do my be to try to teach in abroad to become a global teacher because it is different in their culture through watching YouTube but if we just go there it would be a realistic one.

Chap 3-Lesson 3 Multicultural Diversity: A Challenge to Global Teachers

I learned that multicultural diversity is come from the different religion, ethics and language. The teacher also has his own culture though he should give equal opportunity for the learners to learn without bias. Learners should the fairness in the classroom even they are poor or rich they have a right to live in this world.

I realized that having multicultural learner in the classroom might complicate if the teacher couldn't know how to handle their differences. Through their differences they might get easily offended or having a quarrel because of their misunderstanding to each other.

As a future teacher, I should be careful in handling the class especially their differences. I should them first their family background and from where they are to know their culture to avoid stereotype that could hinder their motivation towards participating in the class.

Chap 3-Lesson 2 A Closer Look at the Education System of Selected Countries of the World

I learned that most of the countries that have mention in this topic are different in educational system like when the children go to school. They vary the way they manage the school policies and the numbers of year in every level, primary and secondary. Before can enroll in grade 1 level without taking kindergarten but now Kindergarten in our country is compulsory because we have a new curriculum the K to 12 program which means from kindergarten to twelve years of basic education. We need to make Kindergarten as compulsory for the learners to have an adjustment in school. So, when they enroll in the next level they will know how to handle themselves.

I realized that different counties as well as different educational system. We compare those counties and we can notice that we are behind. Let us support the k to 12 program, though many of our parents nowadays is complaining about this because they don't know the positive result of having this.

As a future teacher i will keep on reminding them of what is there in our new curriculum. I will gather them and give them a positive look about this to enlighten them. I think that is possible to happen.

Each of the countries have similarities like the Philippines, now they follow the curriculum of the United State. Also with Australia, their educational system is similar with the educational system of Canada and England that they have the same basic education. Unlike China, they have k to 13 curriculum.

I see that most of the countries right now are following the k to 12 curriculum. It is good thing that most of the country have free basic education which is compulsory for all the students. South Africa should follow the trends of education which is the k to 12 curriculum. Like the Philippines before that they do not have senior high school. I think it is really important to follow the k to 12 program to enhance the skills of the student.
